HOW OUTSOURCING WORKS
Ownership of ATMs. Through our ATM outsourcing program, we purchase and manage your existing ATMs. Or if you prefer to retain ownership, we can just take over the management and maintenance of your ATM fleet.
Upgrading/Replacing Obsolete Equipment to Meet Regulatory Changes. You can relax knowing AOneATM has it covered when new compliance regulations come along. Through our ATM outsourcing program, we will upgrade terminals to meet regulations or replace machines that may be obsolete.
Terminal Driving. AOneATM manages the authorization, processing and settlement of ATM transactions.
Maintenance & Replacement of Supplies. Full operational support and repair of the terminals; including replacing supplies such as receipt paper, printer heads, compliance stickers, etc., is included in our outsourcing program.
Monitoring & Reporting. We provide monitoring of the ATMs and dispatching of technicians, when necessary, to ensure maximum uptime is achieved. Usage reports for your ATM fleet can be delivered daily or monthly.
ATM Vault Cash. In many cases financial institutions choose to provide and replenish ATM vault cash for in-branch ATMs, which tend to be the busiest terminals in the fleet. However, AOneATM can also provide this service.
Cash Management. AOneATM provides all cash forecasting, ordering and scheduling of cash replenishment. Depending on the frequency of cash replenishment needs per ATM, we may use bonded and insured armored transport carriers or our own staff to replenish cash.
Reg E Claims. Because we operate the ATMs — whether you’ve chosen to retain ownership or not — AOneATM provides customer support, filing and verification for all Reg E claims.
